Overview of occupancy, capacity and night operations across every building.

An admin platform that gives you the state of the residential building in one look, along with revenue and the operational data that matters.

The project was built to make the night audit easier on staff, and at the same time give management a full control panel to follow the operational picture, with room to extend the platform later and bring other departments into it.

As an employee, you can open the platform and pull a report of everyone staying under a given organisation's name, and check the status of every building and room. From the Night Audit page you can see all check-ins and check-outs, who is expected in and who is expected out today, plus an ordered table of arrivals and departures.

On the management side, building status stays important information, but the Overview page gives a wider read on operations, with figures and indicators showing where the day currently stands.

All the data in the platform is tied to the organisation's database, so any update made in the core system the company uses is sent through and updated in the database. Once the database updates, the platform pulls the new data and shows it directly, which keeps what you see in step with company data.

In the end, the main goal of the project is to save the user time and effort, so the important data sits ready in front of them and they can pull the reports and information they need easily.

Note: all data shown in the screenshots has been changed or replaced with non-real data, to protect the privacy of the organisation and its users.

The project was volunteer work on my part. I wanted it to add experience and an extra point to my career, and at the same time deliver a real solution that makes the daily work easier.
